University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship

Scholarships are offered twice a year to assist new international masters students  with the cost of tuition fees. No application is required, eligible masters applicants will be invited to complete a supplementary application form for scholarship consideration.

University of Auckland China High Achievers Scholarship

Scholarships are offered twice a year to assist new international masters students who hold a passport issued by the government of China with the cost of tuition fees. No application is required, eligible masters applicants will be invited to complete a supplementary application form for scholarship consideration.

University of Auckland India High Achievers Scholarship

Scholarships are offered twice a year to assist new international masters students who hold a passport issued by the government of India with the cost of tuition fees. No application is required, eligible masters applicants will be invited to complete a supplementary application form for scholarship consideration.

University of Auckland Indonesia High Achievers Scholarship

Scholarships are offered twice a year to assist new international masters students who hold a passport issued by the government of Indonesia with the cost of tuition fees. University of Auckland USA High Achievers Scholarship

Scholarships are offered twice a year to assist new international masters students who hold a passport issued by the government of United States of America with the cost of tuition fees. No application is required, eligible masters applicants will be invited to complete a supplementary application form for scholarship consideration.

University of Auckland Vietnam High Achievers Scholarship

Scholarships are offered twice a year to assist new international masters students who hold a passport issued by the government of Vietnam with the cost of tuition fees. No application is required, eligible masters applicants will be invited to complete a supplementary application form for scholarship consideration.

University of Auckland Malaysian Accommodation Award

A $5,000 Award to assist an international student from Malaysia with the
costs of accommodation in a Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland
Hall of Residence.

Nicholas Tarling Southeast Asian Studies Masters Award

An Award of up to $6,000 for international or domestic students enrolled in either the Faculty of Arts and Education, the Faculty of Business and Economics or the Faculty of Science, and undertaking masters study relating to the Southeast Asian region.

Arts and Education

Graeme Edwards Award in Music

An Award of up to $8,000 to support international and domestic undergraduate and postgraduate music students undertaking study in organ or early keyboard.  

Beatrice Ratcliffe Postgraduate Scholarship in Music

A Scholarship of up to $10,000 to support a domestic or international student enrolled full-time or part-time in postgraduate study in Music.

Michael Redshaw Historical Instrument Performance Scholarship

Scholarships of up to $5,000 in total for international or domestic students undertaking postgraduate research in Music, focusing on the area of historical performance.  

Ramon Opie & Corrine Bridge Vocal Scholarship

Up to $25,000 in Scholarships totalling to support students undertaking a BMus(Hons) or a MMus in vocal studies.

Veza Family Postgraduate Scholarship in Music

A Scholarship of up to $15,000 for domestic and international students
enrolled in postgraduate study in Music at the University of Auckland.

Business and Economics

University of Auckland International Business Masters Scholarship

A Scholarship of up to $24,000 towards international student tuition fees for selected masters programmes in the University of Auckland Business School.

Hinrich Foundation Global Trade Leader Scholarship

Scholarships of up to $30,000 each to support international students enrolling in an MIntBus.

Engineering and Design

Colombo Plan Scholarship in Engineering

A Scholarship to assist an international student who is a citizen of a Colombo Plan member country with a contribution of $3,000 towards undergraduate or postgraduate tuition fees in Engineering.

Master of Design Diversity Award

A $5,000 Award for students from diverse backgrounds enrolling in a Master of Design programme.

Mercer Memorial Scholarship in Aeronautics

A $6,000 Scholarship to support a postgraduate student carrying out research in a field related to aeronautics.

Law

Auckland Law School Postgraduate Award

A $10,000 Award for domestic or international students enrolling in their first semester of an MIP, LLM, MLS or MTS at Auckland Law School.

Medical and Health Sciences

Master of Health Leadership International Student Scholarship

A Scholarship to support new international students enrolling full-time in a Master of Health Leadership with a contribution towards tuition fees of up to $15,000.

School of Medical Sciences International Masters Scholarship

A Scholarship to support international masters students in the School of Medical Sciences with a tuition fees credit of up to $20,000 per annum for the duration of their masters programme.
