Master of Organisational Psychology (MOrgPsych)

Programme overview

Gain unique abilities, skills and knowledge to be highly competitive in the professional world of organisational psychology through a combination of research and taught courses. You’ll focus on applying the principles of individual, group and organisational behaviour to the solution of problems at work.

As an MOrgPsych graduate you’ll be well-prepared for work in industry, consulting and government, and to pursue an academic pathway toward a PhD.

Entry requirements

  • A bachelors degree or graduate diploma in Psychology with a Grade Point Average of 5.0 or higher in 45 points above Stage II in Psychology (from this University or the equivalent)

    or
  • A relevant degree or graduate diploma, for example in Business, Education or Health Sciences, with a Grade Point Average of 5.0 or higher in 45 points above Stage II (from this University or the equivalent)

and

  • Any prerequisites for the courses in the subject area in which they wish to enrol

and

  • Completed PSYCH 306 Research Methods in Psychology, or an equivalent course
