Download the Google Authenticator app

Download Google Authenticator on your Apple device:

1. Tap the App Store icon on your device and tap to open
2. Using the search function simply type in 'Google Authenticator' and tap the search icon
3. The Google Authenticator app will display 
4. If the app is not already on your phone the button will read 'FREE' and you can tap on it 
5. You will be prompted to enter your Apple ID or touch the home button if you have Touch ID
6. Once you have entered your Apple ID correctly or used the Touch ID the app will start to install on your device
7. You now have the Google Authenticator app on your iOS device and you can activate your code

Download Google Authenticator on your Android device:

1. Find the Google Play icon on your device and tap to open
2. Using the search function simply type in 'Google Authenticator' and tap the search icon
3. The app will display
4. Tap on the app icon and then the 'install' button.
5. You now have the Google Authenticator app on your Android device and you can activate your code

Download Authenticator on your Windows device:

1. On your mobile device find the Windows store and tap to open
2. Using the search function simply type in Authenticator and tap the search icon The Authenticator app will display
3. Tap on the Authenticator icon and then tap on install.
4. You now have the Authenticator app on your Windows mobile device and you can activate your code
