Terms of reference
    
    
        - To take a leadership role in relation to sustainability within the University 
 - To act as a focal point for institutional change in relation to sustainability 
 - To coordinate the sustainability agenda across the University 
 - To empower Taumata Teitei theme leads, faculties and service divisions to develop solutions to sustainability challenges 
 - To maintain awareness of the local, national, and international sustainability context
 - To provide guidance and direction for the work of the Sustainability Hub 
 - To provide advice to other sustainability delivery teams from the University perspective 
 - To ensure adequate and appropriate engagement with staff, students and our wider communities and stakeholders
 - Advisory to University Executive Committee
 
The Sustainability Management Board will convene a minimum of four times per annum, unless agreed otherwise.
