Sustainability Management Board

Terms of reference

To take a leadership role in relation to sustainability within the University
To act as a focal point for institutional change in relation to sustainability
To coordinate the sustainability agenda across the University
To empower Taumata Teitei theme leads, faculties and service divisions to develop solutions to sustainability challenges
To maintain awareness of the local, national, and international sustainability context
To provide guidance and direction for the work of the Sustainability Hub
To provide advice to other sustainability delivery teams from the University perspective
To ensure adequate and appropriate engagement with staff, students and our wider communities and stakeholders
Advisory to University Executive Committee

The Sustainability Management Board will convene a minimum of four times per annum, unless agreed otherwise.
