Alumni Christmas giveaway 2025 - terms and conditions

  1. Employees of the Alumni Relations and Development division of the University of Auckland are ineligible to enter the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw opens on the 1 December 2025 and closes at midnight on 17 December 2025.
  3. The competition promoted on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) runs until midnight on 17 December 2025.
  4. Late entries will not be accepted, and no responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries.
  5. Entries to the prize draw will be submitted via the online entry form. There's a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person.
  6. Entries to the Meta competition will be submitted by commenting on the relevant posts. Individuals can enter once per post.
  7. Once an entry is submitted, no alterations can be made.
  8. The winners of the prize draw will be drawn on 18 December 2025. Winners of the Meta competition will be drawn within two days of the post being published.
  9. Individuals may only win one prize.
  10. Winners of the prize draw will be notified by email and/or phone. Winners of the Meta competition will be contacting via either Facebook or Meta, depending on which channel they used to submit their entry.
  11. The results of the prize draws are final.
  12. The Alumni Relations and Development Department will post prizes on 18 December 2025. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee safe delivery or timeliness of the prize once it leaves the office.
