Once you have completed all academic requirements of your programme and your results have been confirmed, you can request an official letter confirming your eligibility to graduate. You can check your graduation eligibility status through Student Services Online.

Doctoral candidates

Doctoral candidates may be able to apply for a Post Study Work Visa after submitting their thesis for examination, provided they meet INZ's eligibility requirements. Once your thesis has been accepted for examination, you can download a Thesis Submission Letter from Wahapū.

To obtain the letter:

• Log in to Wahapū and open your Thesis page.
• Navigate to Examinations - Thesis Submission - Thesis Submission Letter.
• Download the letter for your visa application.
