Appointments are available for all prospective and current students.

We prefer that you use our online booking system, where you can make an appointment instantly with the appropriate team member.  

We have three types of appointments

General advice and support

Appointments for students with disabilities, for advice and support to help make studying at the University an accessible and positive experience. This appointment is with one of the Disability Advisers.

Mental health support

Appointments for students living with a diagnosed mental health condition, such as psychotic disorders, depression and anxiety disorders. This appointment is with one of the Mental Health Advisers.


Appointments for domestic students with disabilities with a Workbridge employment consultant. Workbridge is a specialist employment service that has partnered with the UoA to help connect students with prospective employers.

The first step is to complete Workbridge's online enrolment form via its website, and mention "University of Auckland" when answering "How did you find out about us?"

Please note that Workbridge is not able to meet with international students. International students are encouraged to instead make an appointment with the University's Career Development and Employability Services (CDES).   


City Campus

Our main office is located in the ClockTower on the City Campus. We suggest making an appointment.
Hours: 8am-4pm.

We have an office on the Epsom Campus. A Disability Adviser is at Epsom Tuesday and Wednesday. Hours: 8am-1pm.
