Guide for agents
Find out how you can submit and modify student applications online, and track application statuses.
As an official representative of the University of Auckland, please submit applications via the ATS Agent Application Centre:
In the ATS Agent Application Centre, you will be able to:
- Add new applicants
- Add new programmes for existing applicants
- Track application status
- Withdraw applications (prior to an offer being made to the applicant)
- Upload certified copies of documents online
For doctoral degree (PhD) applications, applicants are required to submit and manage those applications directly through their student portal. Agents can view doctoral degree applications in the ATS Agent Application Centre as read-only.
