The Business Model Canvas is a visual tool for designing, analysing and communicating business models. It consists of nine building blocks that help you understand how your business creates, delivers, and captures value. The framework was developed by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur.

Idea to Opportunity Canvas

The Opportunity Canvas is designed to help entrepreneurs and students evaluate and develop ideas into viable opportunities. It is particularly valuable in education, social enterprise and early-stage entrepreneurship settings. The framework was created by Professor Christine (Chris) Woods and Jamie Newth.

Pitch Canvas

Te Ara Hihiri

Te Ara Hihiri is a framework for developing opportunities through a Māori lens, drawing on Māori concepts, values and ways of knowing. It is widely used in entrepreneurship, education, social enterprise and community development, and was created by Professor Christine (Chris) Woods, Kiri Dell and Jamie Newth.

Value Proposition Canvas

The Value Proposition Canvas helps you better understand your customers and design products or services that create value for them. It consists of two parts: the Customer Segment and the Value Proposition, helping you achieve a strong fit between customer needs and what you offer. It was developed by Alexander Osterwalder, Yves Pigneur and Alan Smith.
