We are located in the Kate Edger Information Commons, on the University's City Campus.

Epsom, Grafton, Tamaki and Tai Tokerau campus

These clinics have variable opening hours throughout the semester, and occasionally close during holidays.

Epsom campus

  • Health staff (GP and nurse) available Monday and Thursday 9-1pm in school term time.
  • Counsellor available Monday, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday 9-5pm (Pacific counsellor available on Wednesday and Thursday).

Grafton campus

Standard opening hours at the Grafton campus clinic are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday:

  • Nurse available between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • Doctor available 10.00am between and 4.00pm.
  • Counselling appointments available at 9.30am to 3.30pm Wednesday, and 9.00am to 3.00pm Thursday. Book online as above or call 09 923 7681 for a duty or academic slot.

Tāmaki Campus

Counselling at Tamaki is by appointment only. To register, visit

Tai Tokerau Campus

  • The University offers free counseling services to students through Family Works.
  • To arrange an appointment, please contact Family Works and indicate you are a University of Auckland student.
  • You will need to show your student ID card at your appointment.
