Library opening hours
- All libraries and information commons open with infection control and public health measures in place at normal hours, for access to our collections, study spaces and services.

Library services
- Our popular Click and Collect service continues. You can request books held at any of our libraries and collect them from the library of your choice. We will email you when your item is available to collect. Find out how to request a book.
- Chapters and articles can be scanned and emailed to you, including chapters from Short Loan books. Watch how to request chapters and articles (Youtube).
- If you need to remain isolated for health reasons, we can courier books to you. Just ask us.
- No overdue fines, but you may return books you have borrowed.
- Online access to eBooks, journals, databases, TV, movies, radio and digitised archives available through the Libraries and Learning Services website.
- Printing facilities available in libraries and information commons.

Individual study spaces
- Individual study spaces are available at the Kate Edger Information Commons, Tai Tonga, and in our libraries if your home environment is not suitable to study or sit your online exam.
- Study spaces are open to University of Auckland students, staff and Associate Members.
- We ask that you be mindful of your peers who may be studying or completing online exams. It is important we create a focused environment for students by reducing noise and giving others space.
Visiting campus
