Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences Alumni Award

An Award of up to $1,000 to provide financial assistance to international and domestic undergraduate students in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.

Kool Family Nursing Award

A $1,500 Award to support an undergraduate Nursing student of Pacific descent who is a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand, and who is experiencing financial hardship.

Robyn Dixon Nursing Award

An Award of up to $2,000 to support a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident who attended secondary school in West Auckland, and who is enrolled full-time in a Bachelor of Nursing.

RAPHS Medical and Nursing Undergraduate Scholarships

Each year, two RAPHS Undergraduate Scholarships are offered to Rotorua residents in their first year of medical or nursing training, with the intent of supporting the training and retention of local medical practitioners:

• One $2000 scholarship is available to a student who has been accepted into the first year of a nursing degree; and
• One $2000 scholarship is available to a student who has successfully completed his/her first year of study at the University of Auckland or University of Otago and has been accepted into the first professional year of the medical degree programme
