Bachelor of Health Sciences/Bachelor of Laws (Honours)

You can plan a programme offering a sound introduction to law and the healthcare sector with a BHSc/LLB conjoint degree combination. This could lead to a career in medical law, health policy, health management or health care ethics.

Guaranteed entry requirements

  • NCEA – 250 with a minimum of 18 credits in one subject from Table A and a minimum 18 credits in one subject from Table B
  • CIE – 300 with one subject from Table A and one full A Level subject from Table B
  • IB – 33

Fees – 2018

Estimated annual tuition fees for domestic students in 2018: NZ$6,750–NZ$11,146.95.

Your exact tuition fees will relate to the courses you choose, but are likely to be within this range. Fees per point are charged at the rate set for that subject irrespective of the qualification the course is taken for.

In addition to tuition fees, you will also pay a Student Services fee. In 2018, if you are enrolled in 135 points, you will pay a fee of $915.30.
