Stuart McCutcheon House
Stuart McCutcheon House (SMH) is located next to Parnell Rise and the Auckland Domain. It is a short walk to the Faculty of Arts building and the heart of the City Campus. SMH first opened in January 2023, providing 907 beds in three- to five-bedroom apartments.

A collection of self-catered flats which are home to 44 undergraduate and postgraduate students each year.

Te Tirohanga o te Tōangaroa
The name Te Tirohanga o te Tōangaroa was gifted to the University by Ngāti Whātua and translates to "The view of Tōangaroa" now known as Mechanics Bay, owing to its beautiful views of the surrounding harbour.
