Grafton Student Flats

Grafton Student Flats will not be available from 2026 onwards. University Hall Apartments will be offered as a self-catered option for first-year school-leavers and undergraduate students aged 18+.

About the residence

Owned and operated by the University of Auckland

Grafton Student Flats is housed in the large Carlton Gore Pines house with a single rooms and shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Flats are comfortably furnished and within easy walking distance of the Grafton, Newmarket and City Campuses.

The Accommodation Management team provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange social and recreational activities during the year. A duty person is available 24 hours a day at Grafton Hall next door.
