Planning your trip

Find an insurance provider

Insurance is essential for your research visit. The University requires that you are fully insured and have 3rd party cover. Make sure that your insurance lasts the full length of your trip, and that it covers any research-related activity you expect to be involved in.

Book your flights

Be sure to discuss dates and time frames early, and double-check the dates before you book your tickets.

Sort out your University Accommodation

You’re going to be working on your research from the day you arrive, so it’s best to organise your accommodation before you get here. Accommodation Solutions can help guide you in applying to University Accommodation within walking distance to your classes.
