Asia New Zealand Foundation Research Grants

The Foundation offers grants of up to $5,000 to support international travel and fieldwork for researchers undertaking contemporary, forward-looking projects in Asia. Project topics should be forward thinking and have learnings for New Zealand – ideally in policy or in areas where there is meaningful impact for New Zealand's future, such as: foreign affairs, international relations, trade, security, defence, cyber/tech, environment and climate change. Yvonne A M Smith Charitable Trust Scholarship

The Yvonne Smith scholarship fund was set up in 1999 to encourage and promote women as future leaders of New Zealand business and society. Barbara Wood Memorial Foundation Scholarship

Scholarships are available to tertiary students, both female and male, who were born in the South Pacific region which not only includes the island nations of the Pacific but also New Zealand and Australia.
