The role of the intervener in human rights cases

The Centre is delighted to publish the major research project written by Sylvia Bell, undertaken while she was a Research Fellow of the Centre, on “Interventions in Human Rights Cases”.

This was made possible by a grant from the NZ Law Foundation, which the Centre gratefully acknowledges. It examines the law and practice surrounding public interest intervention in major human rights cases in New Zealand.
