The centre is delighted to publish the major research project written by Sylvia Bell, undertaken while she was a research fellow of the centre, on “Interventions in Human Rights Cases”.
This was made possible by a grant from the NZ Law Foundation, which the centre gratefully acknowledges. It examines the law and practice surrounding public interest intervention in major human rights cases in New Zealand.
