Jackson Barr, who holds an honours degree in chemical and materials engineering, has a passion for creativity in invention, design, sports, and music.

These passions saw him enrol in the Master of Intellectual Property at Auckland Law School so he could harness the opportunity to engage with the forefront of innovation in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.  

“The MIP programme has been an incredible tool in my professional legal career,” he says. “It has kept me sharp with the latest knowledge in IP law both at home and internationally. It also made me appreciate the breadth of career opportunities within this space. The class discussions were invaluable and insightful.”
