Concept

We use data from the IDI to identify refugee youth and adults’ mental health issues and how this affected their employment/income after a diagnosis was made or service use recorded for any mental health issue. This will be compared with immigrants' mental health issues and how these impacted their employment/ income for those who were already on wages and salaries before a diagnosis, or identification of their disease from administrative data.
