Social and community leadership outlook

If you’re passionate about solving society’s most difficult problems, it’s critical to build a range of professional skills to help foster change.

Our Master of Social and Community Leadership programme is designed to develop advanced leadership, research and innovation skills across communities, governments, not-for-profit and social-good sectors.

The programme is grounded within a strong social justice framework and designed for curious, committed practitioners who want to gain advanced capabilities in project management, programme design, consultation, and research evaluation and implementation.

Topics include policy appraisal and development, community and environmental psychology, programme evaluation, human service management, family counselling, youth development, social justice, health and wellbeing, and managing and developing people.

Hear what three of our students have to say after completing their first year in the programme.
