Access to Justice Series 2025
Every year the law faculty offers a series of events exploring equity (substantive equality). This year, these events will be spread throughout the year rather than being confined to a Substantive Equality Month.
The theme for this year’s series of events is Access to Justice: we will explore the barriers to accessing the justice system and ways in which access can be improved and made more equitable. This includes access to dispute resolution and grievance resolution institutions such as courts, tribunals and mediation, and access to legal information, advice and representation.
