If you're applying for teaching, social work or counselling programmes, you'll need to complete these forms.
Police vetting forms
International applicants who are not currently in New Zealand do not need to complete a police vetting form. All other applicants (domestic and international applicants who are already in New Zealand) must complete this form.
Child-Safety Assessment Check
All teaching, social work and counselling applicants must complete this Child-Safety Assessment Check.
Referee report
All teaching, social work and counselling applicants must ask their referees complete this report and email it to admission@auckland.ac.nz.
Application declaration
All teaching, social work and counselling applicants must complete this declaration.
