Information on refunds, add-on ticket transfers, and how to pass Orbit 360° or Waiheke tickets to another attendee.
Refunds
Workshop tickets and add-ons are subject to the following conditions, as displayed on the Eventbrite site at the time of purchase:

- Refundable up to 30 days prior to the event
- Non-refundable within 30 days of the event
VITAL Training School 2
- Free event, if you can no longer attend, please email the coordinators using the email address on your ticket confirmation.
Can I sell or transfer my ticket?
You may sell or gift your add-on ticket for the Orbit 360° dinner or Waiheke Island tour to another registered attendee.
Any transfer of funds and tickets must be arranged directly between attendees, as the event team is not able to facilitate.

How can I get the ticket to the other attendee?
If you transfer your spot to another attendee, please organise to pass the tickets on to them directly.
