We are studying various aspects of vaping or e-cigarettes, including the chemicals in them and how they affect the lungs.

Our team has been analysing what chemicals are in e-liquids and the aerosol that’s created from a vape device.

We are using in vitro experiments and medical imaging to measure how the lungs change after vaping.

We are applying our detailed computer models to gain a better understanding of the effects of vaping on the lungs.
