Masters opportunity: Chemical and Materials Engineering

A masters research project is available with Dr Jenny Malmstrom from the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering.

The suitable candidate should be interested in pursuing masters-level research in one of the following areas:

  • Studying biological material and molecules to learn from their functions to create high value materials and devices from biological waste
  • Applying self-assembly of polymers and biomolecules to create functional arrays of magnetic or optically active molecules towards the next generation of devices for magnonics, spinterfaces and addressable photonics

The project is fully funded with a scholarship ($25,000) and covers domestic fees. If you love research and want to know more, email Dr Jenny Malmstrom.
