HR strategies to enhance organisational performance and employee well-being

Our students can analyse your HR practices and develop recommendations for how HR strategies can enhance organisational performance and employee well-being.

Potential scope

Your project may focus on:

  • Strategic HRM assessment aligned with organisational goals, or
  • Contemporary HR challenge analysis (e.g., retention, engagement, capability development), or
  • HR policy and practice recommendations for core processes, or
  • Employee well-being and performance enhancement strategies, or
  • Workforce skills and attitudes analysis with outcome modelling

The specific focus will be determined through initial discussions about your HR priorities and organisational challenges.

Suitability

Ideal for:

  • Organisations developing strategic HRM capabilities
  • Companies facing contemporary HR challenges
  • Businesses seeking to improve employee well-being and performance
  • Firms needing HR policy design or evaluation

What you will receive

Students offer fresh perspectives informed by current academic knowledge. Projects are completed as part of their learning and provide exploratory insights rather than professional consulting advice.

Interested in engaging our students?

When you express interest, we will evaluate if your specific project is compatible with the academic knowledge and capabilities of our students and our course learning objectives.

If your project is accepted, it will go into a queue to be allocated to a student or student team.

Projects are completed during our academic semesters or quarters, with students spending 8-10 weeks working on the project.
