We are looking for penultimate (second to last) year University of Auckland students to join us for our Winter 2025 intern programme and explore a career in technology.

Interns will work on real projects with real impact for students, staff and our communities, while gaining practical skills and knowledge across a range of technical and non-technical areas.
Coached by subject matter experts, interns get to apply their theoretical learnings in the real world and develop those all-important soft skills such as communication and relationship building.

The programme
This is a 19-week intern programme, with a mix of full-time hours during the semester break and part-time hours on the weeks you have class from July to December. Work hours will be between Monday to Friday.
Our programme is designed for students who are new to the professional workplace and have no prior experience working in an IT department. Interns will be coached by experienced colleagues and experts in their fields, who will support and guide them throughout the programme. You will get to work on real applications, problems and projects, and you will be encouraged to bring your ideas forward and contribute to the team from the get-go (no filing or making people coffee here!).

Primary responsibilities will include:
