Completing her MBA gave Vandana Minhas-Taneja the chance to expand her career horizons.

“Three words I would use to describe my experience of the MBA are differentiation (standing out from the crowd), confidence, and sustainability,” she says.

“The MBA allowed me to explore different areas of interest such as strategy, international business and lean management. Through these learnings, I was able to develop the skills of looking at business units from a dragonfly view. This helped me to speak to my experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (as part of the MBA programme) and the learnings gained through the programme, which in turn helped to secure my current role as Director of Faculty Operations.

“This level of skillset and experience is in demand and only comes to those who pursue the MBA programme.”

She happily recommends the MBA to anyone who is considering further study and has found it helpful for her career post-study.

“Most of us [who did the programme] did end up with promotions, career progression and transition.”
