Custom Management project

If the other projects don't match your needs but you have a management related issue, problem, challenge, or opportunity, we can still potentially help. Our students can work on custom projects that draw on their management academic knowledge.

Your project may focus on: 

• Organisational challenges  
• Organisational behaviour and workplace dynamics 
• Work-life integration and employee well-being initiatives 

We'll assess if your project is compatible with the academic knowledge and capabilities of our students, and our course learning objectives.

Note: Before expressing interest, please ensure you've reviewed the other Management projects. Custom projects take longer to assess and set up. If one of our other projects could work with minor adjustments, that will be faster and more straightforward.

Students offer fresh perspectives informed by current academic knowledge. Projects are completed as part of their learning and provide exploratory insights rather than professional consulting advice. 

When you express interest, we will evaluate if your specific project is compatible with the academic knowledge and capabilities of our students and our course learning objectives. 

If your project is accepted, it will go into a queue to be allocated to a student or student team. 

Projects are completed during our academic semesters or quarters, with students spending 8-10 weeks working on the project.
