Dr Meagan Barclay
Meagan leads the planning and delivery of strategic research support service operations across the Business School, including advising on research development opportunities, advising on research service resource allocation and ensuring all administrative and research support services are delivered seamlessly and in line with University Policy.

Juan Camilo Rodriguez
Juan enables the effective management of research projects, or portfolios of research projects in the Business School. He supports proposal development and connects researchers to the various research support services available at the University to enable their research endeavours.

Nicola Russell
Nicola leads the operational delivery of the Aotearoa Centre for Leadership and Governance's research strategy, bringing together research management, research development, and business operations to ensure the Centre runs smoothly and effectively. She engages with internal and external stakeholders, streamlines research processes, and provides high‑quality support that enables research with a focus on impact.

Senior Research Operations Coordinator
Alisha Castelino
Alisha Castelino is the Senior Research Operations Coordinator for Juncture: Dialogues on Inclusive Capitalism at the University of Auckland. She leads the centre’s operational and administrative functions, ensuring seamless delivery of research activities that advance Juncture’s mission.
Alisha provides high‑level support to the Directors and research teams, coordinating governance activities, managing research funding processes, and navigating financial and contractual requirements across the University and external partners. She works closely with national and international collaborators, streamlining research operations, supporting events and engagements, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen the centre’s impact.
