What's involved?
Click the link below to take part in this 15 minute survey, which will ask you questions about online shopping habits during lockdown.
The survey contains a few tools that could indicate whether you have a shopping addiction*.
Participants can go into the draw to win one of five $100 vouchers.
*Not to be used as a diagnostic tool.
Eligibility criteria
You may take part in this survey if you:
- Engaged in online shopping over the past month
- Live in New Zealand
- Are at least 16 years old
- Can read and write in English
