Postgraduate Certificate in Health Sciences in Alcohol and Drug Studies

The Postgraduate Certificate in Health Sciences, specialising in Alcohol and Drug Studies, is intended for those working professionally in alcohol and drug or mental health settings.

A limited number of fully funded places are available for applicants who meet certain criteria.  

Programme structure

Students are required to enrol in and complete the following courses:

  • POPLHLTH 737 - Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Studies (15 Points)
  • POPLPRAC 707 - Theory and Skills in Counselling Practice (15 Points)
  • POPLPRAC 708 - Assessment and Intervention with Addiction (30 Points)
