Are you a young adult (aged 18-30 years) who experiences symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or stress, and lives in Aotearoa?

Take part in an online, anonymous survey exploring the factors that influence your dietary choices, and your experiences of the relationship between food and mood.

What's involved?

  1. Complete a screening questionnaire to make sure you’re eligible.
  2. Complete a brief background information questionnaire.
  3. Complete the survey.

The study should take 15-20 minutes of your time, and all responses are anonymous.

If you participate in the study, you can go in the draw to win one of 20 x $50 vouchers and contribute to research aimed at developing nutrition strategies to support mental wellbeing for young adults in Aotearoa.
