What's involved?

Participation takes place completely online. You’ll first answer some questions about your levels of stress. Then, you’ll engage in an online consultation with a virtual health coach who will provide you with a stress management plan. Afterwards, we’ll ask you for your feedback about your health coach. This process will take no longer than 15 minutes in total.

After 4 weeks, you’ll be followed up to complete a final questionnaire to see whether the stress management exercises worked for you.

You will be entered into the draw to win an iPad as koha.
